HOW WE WORK

We choose to offer our trips with one guide on a maximum of four people

per trip. In this way we can guarantee our guests the Lankan way of life

experience due to fact that small groups will blend in more and therefor the people of Sri Lanka can approach you more easily. In this case you will become more of a visitor rather than a tourist.  

 

WHAT YOU DO

We choose to work directly towards our clients when they decide to book. In this case fun already begins before arriving and we  really like to communicate with our clients/future guests in forehand. 

 

All you have to do is send us an e-mail containing:

• When you like to come.

• If you are by yourself or bringing others (no bigger groups than 4 in total)

• What you like to do.

 

WHAT WE DO

After we receive your e-mail:​

• Plan your trip and involve you in making the final schedule.

• Send you a registration form.

• Contact you about booking your own flight (we can advice you on that).

• When everything is set, we send you the bill. Within 2 weeks you need to make a down payment which contains 20% of the total amount. The rest of the money needs to be transferred at least 6 weeks before your arrival date.

• After we received the total amount of money you will get a confirmation, information and if you are a facebook member we can give you access to our private See Lanka Group where you can meet other See Lanka Guests and our staff.

• When you arrive on Sri Lankan ground we will meet you in the waiting hall of Bandaranaike Airport, pick you up and your adventure will begin!

 

CANCELLATION

If you need to make an annulment you can do this at least  6 weeks (42 days) before your arrival date. In that case we can give you your down payment back. If you do it later we have to charge you for all costs of the booking.
